        John Alabi The management of Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU), Ile-Ife, has initiated plans to establish Organ Studies through a partnership with the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Church Organ Projects in Nigeria (CHOPIN) and an alumnus of the university, Lanre Delano. The proposed programme will be domiciled in the Department of Music and will follow a structured training pathway for applicants. It will begin with a nine-month Certificate Programme covering foundational organ training, hymn accompaniment, and liturgical or church music interpretation.             Ezekiel Ogunniyi & Fawas Adedeji In a bid to accelerate development and improve student welfare, Fajuyi Hall has witnessed the construction and renovation of key facilities, including upgraded water infrastructure and the refurbishment of its entrance signage, reinforcing its identity as the “Hall of Legacy.” For years, inadequate water supply remained a persistent challenge for residents of the hall, with no functional wells as alternative sources. However, this situation has improved following recent renovations by the current Unicus Circus Administration (2024/2025), which restored the water system and refurbished the signage board initially constructed by the Resourceful Hands Administration (2009/2010).             Fawaz Adedeji  The Faculty of Arts, one of the pioneer faculties in the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, on Thursday, January 29, held the second edition of its distinguished alumni lecture, which featured the cerebral homecoming of a 1985 graduate of the Department of History, who currently serves as the Chairman of the Editorial Board of The Nation Newspaper, Sam Omatseye, at Oduduwa Hall.
