The parliamentarians of OAU students Union reached conclusions on the price of the students union bus bought by Oyekan Ibukun- led administration in their sitting on Sunday, July 23rd 2017. In the last parliamentary setting held at the level of Awo cafe, one can recall that a 7-man committee which is chaired by Hon. Jamiu was set up to look thoroughly into the funds used for the procurement of the bus. Through the report presented to the house during their parliamentary sitting, the house was able to vindicate the verisimilitude on the purchase of the bus that it was truly bought for 2.5million as claimed by the president of the students union. Although, there were controversies about the report presented by the committee which led to an uproar in the house as a result of factional reports by the committee, but at the end of the day they later agreed to the price.

Elujoba was asked to be in Ilesha prison by the court  pending the further hearing, although, the solidarity movement of the ASUU, NASU, and Students Union still continues as they embark on massive protest. In light of this,  Pastor Orioke of Christ way was mobbed by the crowd with his car vandalized because he was seen conversing with the then VC professor Bamitale Omole about Elujoba's detention. Omotoye Adebola was suspended today July 10,2017 due to charges levelled against her. Adebola was suspended for the following chages; Misplacement of priority, Misappropriation of fund, Aberration of Constitution. Moreover, after thorough questioning, the parliament declared Adebola guilty of the offences and thereby suspended for two weeks, and within these weeks, she should return and remit Faculty of Arts Students' Association money which she misappropriated.
