        The Faculty of Arts students Association representative council Obafemi Awolowo University has nullified  the election of the leadership of the house and declared speaker- elect  and the deputy speaker -elect of the association Comrade Akin Adeleke and Mr Tobi respectively impeached on 15th February, 2018. The impeachment verdict of the house was made due to the letter of petition against his emergence as the speaker of the house written by Mr Oladebo Idris Akinwale who was a candidate against Comrade Akin,  alleging both the electoral committee and the screening procedures which brought him as violations of constitution. In his petition, he claimed that Comrade Akin had been convicted by the parliament and had also been suspended indefinitely as the P.R.O of the association, while Mr Tobi was also alleged similarly,   and due to their indictment , they should not be allowed to contest not to mention of being the leaders of the house.
