HALITOSIS AND ITS CURE

Bad breath, unpopularly known as halitosis can be very disturbing and could also cause low self esteem. The reason why supermarkets, stores and shops now stack up their shelves with mints, gums and other products that could help tackle bad breath is not far fetched. But the results of these products are short lived as they don't address the main cause or root of this condition.

Treatment
To handle halitosis and properly take care of your teeth, you will need to always carry out proper and good oral hygiene.

Here are a few things to do to stop bad Breakthrough
•Brush your teeth after meals (morning and night)
•Floss at least once a day
•Brush your tongue very well
•clean your dentures or dental appliances.
•Always stay hydrated. Drink enough water.
•Watch consumption of onions, garlic and sugary foods.
•Change your toothbrush regularly (every 3 months).
•Visit your dentist twice a year for check up
