Why not OAU? (A NUMBERED RANT SESSION) 😹

1. OAU is perceived as such a great school, that from an outsider's view, studying at OAU is great. Just mentioning to people that you studied here would make them look at you like you won the lottery.

2. There is the running up and down just to get early to class, and cases where people have problems in their first year (except you know what you are doing). Also, adjusting to a new environment can be frustrating. Aspirants always think it is probably just like their previous school (Secondary School). 

3. There is also the issue of having a friend who does not have the same focus as you do. This could draw you back, because the time is ticking, and it just doesn't wait for anyone (always know what works for you, you don't have to read with others to be successful)

4. Some people go out at night to read but I don't think they read.

5. There would always be people who will oppress you, all you have to do is stay focused and know what your goals are. Just because your friend has a car does mean you must have one. Why not just wait for a little while?

6. Of course, you have to be spiritually strong, but just don't overdo it. God can't spiritually change your score unless you work for it. We all keep shouting "school na scam", but some people are still out here doing great.

Finally, always know what you are doing, stay focused and stay safe.

Fresher's Week'24: Students' Union Holds Freshers Inter-Faculty Debate

The debate is part of the events that have been prepared for Fresher’s Week 2024. The event experienced a slight delay, as the venue was moved from the 1000-seater to Oduduwa Hall by the order of the school management, which requested that the initial venue be vacated because the office of the Vice President, responsible for the event, failed to seek permission before using it. The event began at 12:35 PM. MOREMI HALL: A Tale of Night Stories: When Will It End? In the quiet corridors of Moremi Hall, a disturbing series of events has shaken the residents, raising questions about security and the unknown intentions of an elusive intruder.   It all started two weeks ago when the inhabitants of Moremi Hall were awoken to the cry of a lady, "Ole! Ole! (the Yoruba name for thief). At exactly 5:00 am, a guy who was wearing a mask was seen darting across the corridors.
