FASA: Parliamentarians react to congress to be invalid

The leadership of faculty of art students association parliamentarian has reacted to the Congress held on November 6 to reverse the suspension of the association General Secretary,  impeachment of PRO and four vacant Parliament seats as baseless and void.
The speaker of the house,  Hon. Ahmed in an interview session with The Icons declared that "the Congress is void because there were no motions moved at the congress as the congress was disorganized"
Moreover, on initial suspension of the general secretary in person o Adeniji Mahmud, the speaker declared that the general secretary committed a gross misconduct of negligence of duty,  disregard for Parliamentary rulings and displacement of priority.
On the four vacant seats of the parliament,  the spaekaer said: " According to the Constitution Art.4,sec.3(xiv); "any Fsrc member that is absent at two consecutive meetings and a maximum of four in a Parliamentary year SHALL automatically ceased to be a member of the Fsrc. The speaker shall declare the Fsrc position vacant and the affected department shall elect a replacement for the disannulled  Fsrc member"
However, on some parliament members who were not suspended,  the speaker made it clear that warning has been given and next sitting will determine if another set of parliamentarian will be going home.
The speaker also affirmed that the impeachment  of the PRO was necessary because he deferred a Parliamentary ruling of his suspension during last semester.
Likewise,  in an interview with Hon. Komolafe Tolu popularly known as Toluwano, the clerk of the house made it known that "the congress was full of chaotic and the President did not welcome observations. For this reason the decision at the congress is null and void."
