Atmospheric Turbulence at Amphi: EGL 401 could not hold

EGL 401 examination scheduled to hold on the 25th August 2017 at Amphi Theater, OAU was postponed  as a result of atmospheric turbulence.
The news came as shock to some      students who had engaged their cognition with series of overnights but to some a reason for jubilation. It was like a dream when Dr. Akande, a lecturer in the department of English and course coordinator, announced that the examination has been postponed until further notice.
It all started like a movie around 8:05am when the lecturers and post graduate students came in with answer booklets and questions with instructions from Dr. Akande that five seats should be in-between students which sounded awkward, but students were left with no choice than to obey. Not satisfied by the arrangements, he decided to make his own examination formation which led to an extension of the earlier stated five seats. Attendance sheet and answer booklets were distributed by invigilators to students respectively but the story changed all of a sudden when the atmosphere initiated a violent wind, directed to Amphi, which blew off attendance slips and answer booklets from students. Students had to rush down from the gallery for safety, lecturers jealously protect the questions from exposing and after some minutes, students were moved to ODLT I & II still with the mindset of writing the exam, until the postponement news came which left everyone  bewildered and dumbfounded.
The question left unanswered is that who should be blamed?
Students? Invigilators? Or nature?
