The Icons Organization Welcomes New Executives


The Icons Organization has witnessed a transition in leadership as new executives have been sworn in. The swearing-in of the new executives took place on Sunday, June 9, at the agency's end of the session hangout.

The election for the executive positions took place on Sunday, July 2, at History Topmost Floor. After the election, the winners were announced. Adedoyin Oguntade has been passed the baton as the new Editor-in-Chief, Omotara Adesina as the Deputy Editor-in-Chief and Financial Secretary. 

Other executives include: Oluwapelumi Solagbade, General Secretary and Welfare Officer; Oludele Joy, Assistant General Secretary; Adetunji Oluwafemi, Production Manager; and Abdul-Hakeem Akiyode, Assistant Production Manager.

The head of the disciplinary committee, Theophilus Adeniyi, was appointed at the hangout.

The new executives are saddled with the responsibilities to uphold the standard that has been set by their predecessors.
