On Friday, January 19, Damilare Ezekiel, the Financial Secretary of the Students' Union, declared the launch of the Student Union Scholarship Scheme. This newly initiated program is designed to extend financial aid to students facing economic challenges, ensuring their continued pursuit of education.
The Students' Union aims to address financial hurdles that may hinder students' academic journeys by assisting in the scholarship scheme. The initiative aligns with the Union's commitment to fostering an environment where all students have the opportunity to thrive in their educational pursuits.

In conjunction with the launch, the Financial Secretary, Damilare Ezekiel, is urging the student body to actively contribute to the success of the scholarship program. The call for support encompasses voluntary services, awareness campaigns, and enthusiastic participation in the various activities associated with the initiative.

To facilitate the realization of the scholarship program's objectives, the Students' Union is gearing up to organize fundraising events, awareness campaigns, and outreach programs. These activities are envisioned to not only raise funds for the scholarship but also generate awareness and support from the student community.
Furthermore, students are encouraged to participate in upcoming informational sessions organized by the Students' Union. These sessions will provide detailed insights into the structure, objectives, and functioning of the Student Union Scholarship Scheme. Attending these sessions will equip students with the necessary knowledge to engage actively with the initiative and contribute meaningfully to its success.
