HOW TO PREPARE CHINESE FRIED RICE.

Ingredients:
Diced pork
Boneless chicken
1/2 cup cooked prawns
3 eggs
4 Cups cooked rice
1 cup chopped carrots
1 cup green peas
3 garlic (minced)
Chopped Onions
Chopped spring onions
3 spoons of dark soy sauce
2 spoons of light soy sauce
1/2 tbsp sesame oil
STEP ONE
Season the boneless chicken and diced pork, using dark soy sauce and other seasonings.
STEP TWO
In a small bowl, beat the egg with water.
STEP THREE
Melt butter in a large pan over medium-low heat.
STEP FOUR
Add egg and leave flat for one to two minutes.
STEP FIVE
Remove from pan and cut into shreds.
STEP SIX
Heat oil in the same pan; add onion, carrot, peas, and spring onions and sauté until soft.
STEP SEVEN
Add rice, soy sauce, pepper, prawn, pork, and chicken.
STEP EIGHT
Stir fry together for about five minutes and then stir in egg.
Serve with chilled fruit juice.
