"STALELITES NOT ELIGIBLE FOR BEDSPACE" - DSA

In a circular posted by the Division of Students Affiar, OAU, the special release on accomdation stated that students in all halls of residence are to vacate the hostel with all their belongings on or before 31st December, 2019. The Division also specified that students undergoing SIWES, Teaching Practice, and the college of health sciences students should meet their HODs for possible consideration.

However, the Division further stated that stalelites do not have to ballot for bed space henceforth.
"...Stalelites should note that there is no bed space for them hence, there is no balloting for accomodation for the coming session (2019/2020), only freshers would be given accomodation."

This information arrives at a time when students have traveled to their various destinations to celebrate with their families and prepare for the next session.

Fresher's Week'24: Students' Union Holds Freshers Inter-Faculty Debate

The debate is part of the events that have been prepared for Fresher’s Week 2024. The event experienced a slight delay, as the venue was moved from the 1000-seater to Oduduwa Hall by the order of the school management, which requested that the initial venue be vacated because the office of the Vice President, responsible for the event, failed to seek permission before using it. The event began at 12:35 PM. In the quiet corridors of Moremi Hall, a disturbing series of events has shaken the residents, raising questions about security and the unknown intentions of an elusive intruder.   It all started two weeks ago when the inhabitants of Moremi Hall were awoken to the cry of a lady, "Ole! Ole! (the Yoruba name for thief). At exactly 5:00 am, a guy who was wearing a mask was seen darting across the corridors.
