OAU: students got stuck at school gate

By OMOTOSHO wumi

In the early hours of Thursday, April 11, 2019, some students and staffs of Obafemi Awolowo University were stranded at school gate  as bus drivers refused to enter campus. They were seen stopping their colleagues from entering campus. And as a result, people who had one assignment or the other had to find another means of transportation to campus.
According to a passenger, who pleaded anonymity said that; " According to what I heard from one of the drivers, he said their colleagues buses were seized because they don't have licence. So they are trying to prevent others from falling into the trap by not allowing them to enter campus."
At the time of filing this report, the issue has been resolved and buses are now entering campus.
