OAU reinstates Suspended students.

The Obafemi Awolowo University has recalled the suspended students.

The restatement was done after a brief meeting between the University management, the suspended students and the campus journalists today 22nd June 2018.

The restated students Omole Ibukun a part five student of Faculty of technology,  Oloniran Gbenga a part four student of faculty of social sciences,  Alowode Afolabi from Faculty of Arts,  Oyedeji Samson Faculty of Pharmacy, Oluwalade Babatunde from faculty of Arts and Kazeem Olalekan from faculty of administration who were suspended by the university management for different allegations such as misconduct, and  facing of disciplinary action by the  management  were restated after a round table discussion with the management of the school.

According to the vice chancellor of the school Professor Eyitope Ogunbodede he said "They have been restated and the Division of students Affairs has been ordered to open the portal without any late registration payment.

While reacting to the restatement, one of the restated students Omole Ibukun said " the victory is not sure yet until the masses get over oppression.

Another student Israel Tobiloba from English Department said " it is a good development, and I hope it will brings more freedom to students.
